Well most of a smartphone weather it is high-end phone or economical model doesn’t matter . but every everyone can’t really accord the latest mobile in market for increased screen size , gpu,processor and camera sensor . we have seen many questions in internet database about people asking that can i change the processor in my smart phone ,upgrade the graphical processor unit or increasing the camera pixel.

I think that google heads must have seen the questions that are asked by people like which are mention above and found the answer to this problem yes google has announced the project Ara which is again a open source project not so differ from technology of previous project android .
What is Project Ara?
The Project Simply accommodated in speech that is it is similar to upgrading our desktop computer various parts when new the component is launched in the market. The Project Ara deals same with the mobile phones well that means it enables you to upgrade any part of mobile phone right from processor to capacity of the battery.it execept to available in early 2K15.
The phone is still in the early stage.
Google is hoping to introduce an entry-level phone for the Grey market that will cost $ 50 to produce. Paul Eremenko, head of Ara Project was quick to point out that the street price of the phone would be determined by trading partners. Google is also planning a high-end phone with a production cost of $ 500. As the Grey phone, which is a manufacturing cost and not the street price.
Google showed off the “medium” Ara prototype today. The size is in line with an iPhone or Samsung Galaxy S5. A mini phone is also described in MDK and a great phone for fans of the line Samsung Galaxy Note is in the product road map.
The tiles feature known as modules will connect to the backbone of the phone, known as the Endo electropermanent via magnets. When the magnets are hit with an “On” electrical pulse which will create a solid bond between the Endo and module. When they are hit with a pulse “OFF”, the magnets will release the bond and you can replace the module. The magnets do not need a constant load to maintain a bond. These modules are created by several developers who use open source MDK which was released and anything that can fit into a shell module such as camera,antenna,display will be available. The shells of these modules will be 3D printed a user specified project.
